I have been hunting for the perfect pair of distressed boyfriend style jeans for the past few months. Every pair I tried on just didn't look right, but I spotted these on Asos (link here) and fell in love!

Boyfriend jeans can be difficult to style, especially if they're distressed. On this occasion I paired them with a grey turtle neck from Primark, which I tucked into the jeans because they're quite loose fitting, so wearing a tighter fitting top which contrasts with the jeans makes a perfect outfit.
My coat is also from Primark, which unfortunately isn't online, but I think the simple longline camel style coat is perfect styled with this particular outfit, and it is also perfect for spring because even though it doesn't look it, its quite light weight. I also wore my favourite Public Desire boots, which have a chunky heel which elongate your legs which is perfect worn with boyfriend jeans as they can often make your legs look slightly stumpy.
